Starters


Soup of the day with crusty bread

Deep fried brie with redcurrant dressing

Prawn cocktail Marie-Rose with bread

Smooth liver pate served with beetroot chutney, light salad garnish and oatcakes

Smoked venison salad with toasted pine kernels and red onion marmalade


Mains


Minted lamb rump with dauphinoise potatoes and redcurrant jus

Deep fried haddock with lemon, tartare sauce and fries

Beef medallions with haggis and a sharp pepper sauce

Smoked chicken Caesar salad with parmesan and crispy bread croutons

Warm goats cheese salad with red onion chutney and balsamic glaze

Course Maintenance

The Committee has decided that there will be essential remedial maintenance carried out on the course beginning during the last two weeks of September in order to start the work before it is too late to get growth from seeded areas and to fit in with workforce availability.


There will be coring of some, if not all, greens and feeding and seeding where necessary. This may affect the surface of the treated greens but is in the long term interest of the course. We apologise in advance for any short term pain caused.
